Hydro

Hydro power is one of the oldest forms of renewable energy, having evolved from simple waterwheels through to the modern hydro turbines we use today. See the British Hydropower Association website for general information on hydro electric power.

Dulas has over twenty years experience in the specification and installation of hydro-electric schemes for both grid connected and stand alone operation. Having successfully installed hydro systems from under a kW up to several MW, we offer the skills, knowledge and experience to take schemes through from conception to power production. Customers include major energy suppliers, utilities and NGOs, as well as private clients.

We also develop, own and operate a portfolio of hydro sites through our development company Dulas Hydrogeneration, and are always looking for new investment opportunities.
