The Renewable Energy Investment Club is an initiative to promote commercial activity. It enables renewable energy companies to issue shares to people interested in renewable energy. It provides a link to potential investors with sustainable energy projects within the UK.

Full membership shall be open to individuals who live or work in UK, community groups or businesses.

As a member of the REIC you will receive full details of renewable energy developments via the website and members bulletins. Members will also have the opportunity to attend investment seminars and members meetings.

Investment in new business carries high risks, as well as the possibility of high rewards. It is highly speculative and potential investors should be aware that no established market exists for the trading of shares in private companies. Before investing in a project about which information is given, potential investors are strongly advised to take advice from a person authorised under the Financial Services & Markets Act 2000 who specialises on investments of this kind.

In order to build up a picture of resources which club members may have for investment, please indicate what amount you might set aside for investment through the club on an annual basis. This is an indication only and all information is aggregated. £
